Homemade Beefaroni

Beefaroni is a hearty, meaty, and saucy comfort food dish that is a new take on a classic recipe.

In less than 30 minute, you will have a meal that the whole family will love!

Homemade Beefaroni 

{Hearty 30 minute meal!} 


ground beef - olive oil - onion (diced) - red bell pepper (diced) - celery stalks (diced) - carrots (diced) - oregano

Step 1

Cook the pasta “al dente” in salted water. In a large dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium heat, drain fat if desired.

Once you have browned the meat, add the onion, carrot, celery, bell pepper, and spices until soft.

Step 2

Add crushed tomatoes, paste, and wine. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Toss in the pasta and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
