Breakfast Bundt Cake

With salty ham, crusty bread, and starchy potatoes mixed with a ton of spices, this easy Breakfast Bundt Cake is the perfect special occasion breakfast for holidays or a simple dish for brunch.

Pull out the bundt cake pan for this great Christmas morning breakfast that you can make with a few simple ingredients.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer cubed bread in well-greased bundt pan. Top with a layer of potatoes.

Add ham, spinach, and green onions. Add half the shredded cheese. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, cream, and seasoning. Whisk to combine.

Step 2

Pour egg mixture on top of ham mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 40 – 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
