Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet cook the bacon until almost crispy. Remove bacon, allow to cool, and then chop into small pieces once cooled.

In a large bowl mix eggs. To same bowl, add the melted butter, finely chopped chives, cheese and seasoning and mix well but do not over mix.

Step 2

Spoon the egg mixture, stirring in between to keep even, into the muffin pan. Fill muffin tins only 3/4 full as mixture will rise.
