Green Pea Casserole

(Easy Side Dish!)

Green Pea Casserole is sweet, crunchy, and delicious. 

This easy side dish is the perfect compliment to your weeknight meal or will become your new go-to dish for the next holiday potluck!

Preheat oven to 350F. Remove peas from the freezer and thaw. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 1

Add the flour and whisk to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the raw flour flavor is gone. While whisking, add the half and half.

Step 2

Prepare an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the thawed peas, the drained mushrooms, the shredded cheese, and the thickened onion/garlic mixture.
