In a medium saucepan melt butter over a medium-high heat. Whisk the flour in and cook 2 minutes.

Step 1

Lower heat to medium. Add chicken stock and milk and whisk until smooth. Stir in spices and bring to a simmer.

Step 2

Add in the chopped chicken and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
