Sausage, Peppers, and Onions
is an easy sheet pan recipe, full of classic Italian flavors.
A low-carb, gluten-free, paleo-friendly dish that is perfect any night of the week and is sure to be a crowd-pleasing favorite!
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, add sliced peppers and onions.
Add in olive oil and gently mix to coat all the peppers and onions. Sprinkle in the spices and mix until vegetables are evenly coated.
On a prepared cookie sheet, place all the vegetables and evenly spread.
Cut the sausage into bite-size pieces and add to the cookie sheet.
