Ingredients

Shred or shave the raw Brussels sprouts and the cabbage if not already done so. Set aside in a large bowl.

Step 1

In a dressing container or small bowl whisk the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, lime juice, coriander, and salt and pepper.

Step 2

Roughly chop the fresh mint and cilantro. Add to the cabbage and sprouts.
