Step 1

In a wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat, quickly brown the steak in butter and remove and set aside.

Add the diced onion, carrots and peas. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until they start to soften.

Step 2

Stir in the rice, cooked steak, green peas, soy sauce, and beaten eggs. Cook while stirring often to combine and coat the rice.
