Add rice and broth to a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer.

Add broth and cook.

Add bacon to a large pan or dutch oven. 

Add butter and mushrooms.

Cook until tender and remove.

Add the cooked rice and mushrooms to the cooked celery and onions. Stir to combine
