Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 400°. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or lightly oil with a bit of olive oil.

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the milk and the bread crumbs and set aside.

Step 2

Using a large ice cream or cookie scoop and scoop out meatball mixture, roll into balls and place on the sheet pan in a single layer.
