Crock Pot Peach Cobbler

Crockpot Peach Cobbler is one of my favorite crockpot desserts. Juicy slices of fresh peaches that are paired with brown sugar and cinnamon. Topped with a flaky and tender topping, its the perfect end to any meal!

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh peaches about 5 cups
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Peel and slice peaches then add to large bowl. Sprinkle in the brown sugar and stir. Set aside so the peaches can release their juices.
  • In a small bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Stir to mix.
  • Spray the inside of the crockpot bowl with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread peaches evenly in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over the sliced peaches.
  • Slice butter into small pieces and add on top of flour mixture spread out a little.
  • Cook on HIGH for 2 ½ hours. Turn on LOW for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve warm or room temperature with vanilla ice cream if you like.
  • Store leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
