1
teaspoon

½
teaspoon

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
Soup:
Mix 6 tablespoons in 4 cups of hot water.
Dip:
Stir 3 tablespoons in 16 ounces sour cream
Gravy/Au Jus type dip:
3 tablespoons in 1 can beef broth.
Notes
Use sodium free beef granules for the best flavor.
Dried onion flakes are best for texture. Don't use granulated or small minced onion.
The onion powder enhances the flavor of the flakes so don't leave it out thinking there is too much onion flavor.
When making soups, add a splash of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
When making gravy, a teaspoon of red wine or white wine adds another layer of yumminess.
This is perfect for stirring in a container of sour cream for the easiest dip around!
